Book a CRNA whose credential file is already complete.
CRNAstat gives each CRNA one pre-checked credential file and reuses it for every job. Surgery centers, pain clinics and staffing agencies post a shift, pick one CRNA and get the packet, without starting from a blank checklist.
Free for CRNAs. Starting in Dallas–Fort Worth.

- Complete and pre-checked
Full name, contact details, license numbers and documents are shared only after booking, through a grant the CRNA can end.
Every facility asks for the same documents again.
A CRNA sends licenses, certifications, immunizations, references and malpractice history to each facility one at a time, and each facility rebuilds the same checklist. Credentialing often takes weeks or months before a first shift.
Here the CRNA keeps one file with expiry reminders. For each job it is compared with that facility's checklist, and it opens to the facility only after the CRNA is booked.
How a job gets booked
01The file
If you are a CRNAAdd licenses, certifications, immunizations, references and work history once. You get reminders before anything expires.
If you run a facility or agencySet a requirement checklist. It starts from the Medicare baseline and adds your own rules, each with its source and date.
02The shift
If you are a CRNABrowse open jobs or accept an invite. Each listing shows its daily rate and overtime rate. You can ask for a different daily rate twice.
If you run a facility or agencyPost a shift with its rates. Applicants appear with a limited profile and how complete each file is against your checklist.
03The booking
If you are a CRNAConfirm, and your full file opens to that facility. You can stop sharing whenever you want.
If you run a facility or agencyPick one CRNA and receive the packet: requirements, saved check results and their dates. Print it or save it as a PDF.
Terms we put in writing
- Rates are in the listing
- Every listing states a guaranteed daily rate and a separate hourly rate for time past 8 hours. The posting organization has 48 hours to answer a counteroffer.
- Cancellation terms are in the listing
- Each listing shows its own cancellation terms, fixed when it was published. If a listing offers protection and the facility or agency cancels inside its notice window, the CRNA is owed the days it states and bills them directly. Read them before you apply.
- You control sharing
- Before booking, a facility sees first name and last initial, experience, case types, credential status and general area. After booking, the full file opens for 30 days past the job, and you can end it sooner.
- No cost to CRNAs, no lock-in
- CRNAs never pay to use the site. There are no buyout fees and no non-competes in any contract on it.
What we check, and what we leave to you
We
- Search the NPI registry and the OIG exclusion list for every CRNA, then again every month.
- Have a person look up each nursing license and NBCRNA certification on the issuing body's public lookup and save the result with its date.
- Compare each file with the facility's checklist for that job.
- Record every view and download of a file in an access log the CRNA can read.
We do not
- Approve or verify anyone. “No match found” means a list was searched on the date shown.
- Grant privileges. The facility's governing body does, and the facility or agency chooses whom to book.
- Confirm identity with an ID document. We match name, license and certification records, and the facility checks photo ID at onboarding.
- Hold or move shift money. CRNAs invoice the facility or agency directly.
Built by CRNAs, for CRNAs.
The file, the checklist and the packet follow the paperwork CRNAs already send and facilities already ask for. We are starting in Dallas–Fort Worth with surgery centers and pain clinics.
